Ingredients:
Seeds of Cardamom (Elettaria cardamom), Clove (Eugenia aromatica), Coriander
(Coriandrum sativum), Nutmeg (Myristica fragrans), and Bark of Cinnamon

History:

Directions
of use: In the cooked warm food, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon
or more per person, per serving, depending upon the taste. Stir it and
put on the lid, wait for few minutes and serve it warm. You may also
put it in a small container and always keep it with you. Sprinkle it
on top of the food, made and served by others. |
