Dose & How To Take: Take 2 to 3 packets per day in the middle or just after breakfast, lunch and dinner. Put one packet powder in the mouth and wash it down with water or mix it in food and eat it, put it in empty capsules and swallow it. Do not mix it in the water or liquid to drink. One may increase or decrease doses. If it feels too strong, reduce dose to half or quarter. If it feels too weak, double the dose. Never take it on empty stomach.
Vehicle: Lukewarm water or juice.
Packing: The traditional Ayurvedic way is to put the finished powder in paper and hand-wrap it to make a dose. (1) Box of 60 packets 30 days. (2) Box of 180 packets 90 days.
